NATIONAL STATISTICS DAY

 National Statistics Day is celebrated on June 29 on the birth anniversary of late Professor Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis. As a part of National Statistics Day,  the students of Mathematics Department organised a programme named 'MATHEMAGIC' via Google meet platform on 39-06-2021 @ 5pm.The programme was started with the welcome speech of Fathima(Student from Mathematics Department).Later,the instructions of the programme delivered by Ansiya (Student from Mathematics Department).

                                  Each group consisted of six members.The team who won first prize was lead by Neethu and Ashwathy (Students of Mathematics Department)  and reward them 600 rupees cash prize.The team who won second prize was lead by Asha and Devi (Students of Mathematics Department) and reward a cash prize of 300 rupees.

                                   The programme was very enjoyable and interesting. Revathy Teacher (Teacher of Mathematics Department) thanked all the students who participated and made the programme a great success.The programme was ended at 6.00pm

ANTI-DRUG DAY

 On 26-06-2021, as a part of Anti-Drug Day, Malayalam department of MMTC organized a webinar through google meet @7.00 pm.Welcome speech was addressed by Vishak .S (Student from Malayalam department)..The main topic of the speech was delivered by Divya Devaki(Resource person , Youth Empowerment Society of Asia, World Malayalam Magazine Editor).

             She taught us about the dangers of using drugs and also share many experiences that she faced. It was a good awareness and enlightening program.Finally,  Giby Teacher (Teacher of MMTC) and Sister Sumi (Student from Social Science Department) convey thanks .Deepa (Student from Malayalam Department) concluded the programme by saying vote of thanks to all participants.Most of first year B ed students of MMTC took part in the programme.The programme ended @ 8pm.
